Retune is a mental performance app by CONDUCTR, a mental performance company operated by Edutive LLC ("we," "us," or "CONDUCTR"). The app is available at app.iamconductr.com. Questions: support@iamconductr.com.
By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Use of Retune is conditioned on acceptance of these Terms. Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
Retune is a cognitive reframing app built on CONDUCTR's methodology. It uses AI to help you identify, interrupt, and rewrite limiting thought patterns — following a structured process grounded in CONDUCTR's attention, state, and identity framework. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. It does not replace a licensed mental health professional. Nothing in the app constitutes a clinical diagnosis or treatment plan.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. After 7 days, access continues at a reduced rate (1 reframe per day) or you may upgrade to a paid plan. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Responses generated by CONDUCTR are produced by an AI system trained to apply CONDUCTR's methodology, a structured framework built around attention, state, and identity. Outputs follow a specific reframing process grounded in that methodology. They are intended as reflective prompts to support your own thinking, not as authoritative advice. Outputs may occasionally be incomplete or require further exploration. You are responsible for how you interpret and act on any content the app generates.
Users agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or intended to exploit or misuse the AI system within Retune. Attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent usage limits are prohibited. Violations of these Terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without prior notice.
The Retune app, CONDUCTR name, methodology, curriculum, and all associated materials are the exclusive property of Edutive LLC. The reframe outputs generated during your sessions are yours to keep. By using the app, you grant Edutive LLC a limited license to store and process your inputs solely for the purpose of delivering the service.
Retune is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Edutive LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any decisions made in reliance on AI-assisted content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes by email when possible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

When you create an account we collect your email address and encrypted password. When you use the app we store the text you submit and the AI-generated responses, along with session metadata (timestamps, token counts). If you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment information. Card numbers are never stored directly by CONDUCTR.
We use your data to operate the app, enforce usage limits, process payments, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your session content to train AI models without your explicit consent.
CONDUCTR uses the following third-party services to operate: Supabase (database and authentication), Anthropic (AI responses), Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting), and Resend (transactional email). Each operates under its own privacy policy. We share only the data each service needs to perform its function.
Your session data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@iamconductr.com. We will process deletion requests within 7 days.
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and row-level security on our database. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee against all unauthorized access.
CONDUCTR is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it promptly.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@iamconductr.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will post the updated version in the app and notify you by email for material changes.
